Ask on VGen01How do I commission you?+
Choose a service on my VGen page and submit your request with your character references, preferred composition and intended usage. If your idea does not fit an existing service, you can message me on Instagram first.
02How long will my commission take?+
Standard turnaround ranges from 2 weeks to 4 months depending on the current queue and project scale. Rush work is available only with an additional expedited fee.
03Do you provide work-in-progress updates?+
Yes, when the selected service includes them. Surprise Me commissions do not include WIP previews so the final reveal stays a surprise.
04Can I use the artwork commercially?+
Personal use is included by default. Commercial use requires the appropriate add-on or a separate agreement. AI training, NFTs and unauthorized resale are not permitted.
05How will I receive the final files?+
Final files are delivered through Google Drive and remain available for 15 days. Please download and back them up promptly. File storage for up to 6 months is available for an additional $16 USD.

Terms of Service
Please take a moment to read these terms before submitting your request. They help keep the commission process clear and comfortable for both of us.
Credit
Clients must credit @AinniaaAin as the creator or provide a link to the artist’s social media whenever the artwork is displayed.
Schedule & rush work
The artist must not be rushed. Standard turnaround ranges from 2 weeks to 4 months depending on the queue. Expedited service requires an additional fee.
Payment
Payment may be split into two installments: 50% before the sketch begins and the remaining 50% when the final artwork is completed.
Queue priority
Expedited commissions are prioritized first, followed by commercial commissions, then standard personal commissions.
Usage & authorship
Clients receive the agreed usage rights to the final artwork but may never claim the artwork as their own creation. Designs may not be used until payment is completed in full.
Sharing & confidentiality
The artist may publicly share work-in-progress updates and final artwork. Confidential projects require a fee of 1.5× the total commission price.
File delivery
Google Drive files remain available for 15 days after delivery. Storage for up to 6 months is available for an additional $16 USD.
